Soon after getting a search order, we set up a first exploratory talk with our client, to find out and discuss the challenges and demands. According to your ideas and needs, we create a job profile which includes all ingredients needed. Of course we check the “search surrounding” to avoid irritations. Usually we are executing a search job exclusively by direct approach of the candidates. To exercise discretion is important for us. Finally, the better the preparation, the more successful we can be.

Customer orientation

We are just happy if you are satisfied – this applies for our clients as well as for our candidates. Partnerships needs mutual trust and confidence – and this has to be proofed again and again - and day by day. We are proud that more than 80% of our business are subsequent orders.
