Soon after getting a search order, we set up a first exploratory talk with our client, to find out and discuss the challenges and demands. According to your ideas and needs, we create a job profile which includes all ingredients needed. Of course we check the “search surrounding” to avoid irritations. Usually we are executing a search job exclusively by direct approach of the candidates. To exercise discretion is important for us. Finally, the better the preparation, the more successful we can be.
